Outstan sells promotional placement on a public pay-to-rank leaderboard. You are purchasing visibility until outbid — not an auction, raffle, or endorsement by the listed creator or by us.

Minimum new bid: $5 USD. Minimum raise: +$1. Maximum total per listing: $999,999. Whole dollars only. All payments are final. Being outbid does not entitle you to a refund. If two payments complete simultaneously, both charges stand and ranks resolve per our posted tie-break rules.

Users may fan-list creators they do not control. Destination URLs are locked to the creator's public profile until verified claim. Listed persons may demand removal (see /rules); removal does not auto-refund payers except for minor listings.

We may hide, remove, or recategorize listings, pause checkout, or ban users at our discretion for rule violations. Chargebacks: disputed-and-lost payments forfeit rank; abusive disputers may be banned.

We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other platforms. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Click counts are informational only — we do not guarantee traffic, clicks, or ROI. Liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months. Service provided as-is. You must be 18+ to pay.
